Time for an update on the outside world. Stewie saw me going outside with the camera, so he took over first:
[take special note here Wylie, that red stuff in the background is the bergamot we were discussing early in the season]

The same bergamot used to give Earl Grey tea a citrus taste? Awesome! Does it smell lemony? I thought bergamot was a bush or a tree...
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of the boy. The one with him looking sideways is a winner.
Bergamot? Awesome! Must try in our garden. Your boy is so cute.
ReplyDeleteAwww, you guys are both so cute! I just want to come and sip tea on that little ledge!
ReplyDeleteVery nice!
Burgamot! Thank you. My aunt gave me some of that a few years ago and I didn't know what it was called.
ReplyDeleteNice looking garden. Maybe I should have you come by and design mine :)
Cute photos of Stewie too! Love the one with him looking sideways.
Your little one is adorable!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping in at my place today. I enjoyed your thoughts on onions.
Karen :0)
Oh, I love your creeping jenny! mine's greener and with yellow flowers now, although I have some of the same variety as yours in a little corner now.
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about doing bergamot. does it flower all season? I need more red in my garden.
thanks again for the ferns! happy to give them a new home. they're doing great.
I've bought some new plants from Canadian Tire, and I've made a few new beds after separating some of my old plants.
oh, sigh, I'm procrastinating again. I think I need to take some photos of my own garden and write my own post on this, or else I'll end up like someone I know who used to write COMPLETE POSTS in my comments... before she got her own awesome blog. ;)
ugh. you gardener types with your lush and healthy gardens. i sniff loudly in your direction with my nose in the air. and don't say i'm just jealous. i am actually jealous AND envious.
ReplyDeletelook at your little camera ham! what a monkey. seriously. he knows how cute he is, doesn't he?
OMG are you in Canada? Because I LOVE CANADA. I want to expatriate myself (which sounds weird, like I need a vibrator or something...)there.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by www.PajamasandCoffee.com today! :) And hangin out on Twitter- not because we are not in Chicago, but because we are just cool like that.
Cheers!
I am not smart enough to comment on your plants so all I'll say is....awwwwwwww......
